The using of double vaccination for chicken pox on the world scale!!!

Vaccination for the chicken pox has been around since 1995; on the other hand, there are many myths that are associated with the presence of this vaccine for the chicken pox. Therefore, many guidelines for using this vaccine has been in the market, and with all the possible things that can be the outcome for this vaccination, there are some of incredible results which are seen among the patients. According to the research done at Yale School of Medicine, it is shown that doubling the dose of the Varicella among the patients for the prevention of chicken pox has shown the 95% lowering of the frequency of chicken pox in the population. On the other hand, there are also some of the researches that are present showing that how this vaccination will help in the lowering of the other associated diseases of chicken pox.

The very first time chicken pox vaccination was done through the use of Varicella vaccine, however, when it comes to the dosage, the initial dosage was calculated to be one only in 1995. However, the results at time showed the efficacy of this vaccination to be 86%, but when the vaccination is considered to be done in the patients twice, there are some incredible results seen. According to the researchers, the Varicella vaccine will help in lowering the rate of chicken pox by 98.3%.

The reason for which more dosage of Varicella vaccine than before has been recommended because of the more number of antibody titer which will be present in the human body. This will increase the chances of the immune system to become much more active than before. Therefore, the trial was done on 71 patients who showed how the single dose will be helpful in inducing more immunity. However, this will be doubled when the doubled dose will be done in the patients who are receiving the Varicella vaccination at the age of 4 to 6 years. According to the researchers, when the patients are receiving this vaccination at the early age, then the chances of making immunity strong are far greater than getting the vaccination later in life. According to the research, there are less than 68% chances that the person who has been immunized with Varicella vaccine will get chicken pox. Hence, getting this vaccination done twice and the early age has been recommended in the new guidelines all around the world.
